Zova Irae, you love to conquer, don't you? Overwhelm the planet Arda. Slaughter everyone there. From your acts we shall obtain the logic we require to cut space open and migrate to orbit. Reality is a fine flesh, oh general ours. Let us feast of it.
-Aÿtra urging Zova Irae to feed her worm.
Zova Irae, Avatar of War, formerly known as Ziva, is a Reclaimer Crusader, daughter to Atriox, youngest sister to Gadorah and Vraku'ul. Together with her two siblings, she was the progenitor of the contemporary Reclaimers and is one of its chief gods, having made a pact with the Emanations of the Blind Eternities. She is driven to become the mightiest warrior in the universe.
biographyI am Ziva, youngest daughter of the Boreal Valley. I will take back the Legion and kill the Traitor Icarus [Agdayne]. On my right eye I swear vengeance. Zova Irae was born Ziva on the volcanic planet Mala Ged with her sisters Vraku'ul and Gadorah; her father was the Demon of the Boreal Valley, Atriox. She was surrounded by the short-lived species called "Malamite," whose original home-world had crashed into the volcanic planet millions of years ago. As a young Annunaki-Daemon hybrid, she was fascinated by her surroundings, attempting daring feats that would have killed lesser beings. Above all she wanted to be a warrior, a Knight like her father's warriors. When her father left them behind to rule Mala Ged, the Forerunner Order invaded her court in order to claim the planet in a civil war, forcing Ziva to escape with her sisters. Together with her sisters she swore a blood-oath, upon her right eye, to avenge her father and kill the Forerunners. During the aimless journey at the behest of Gidorah'ss fear that she would soon be "too old to eat the Mother jelly," they reached the deepest point in Mala Ged's crust, and just then, they dove into the core. Reaching the very center of Mala Ged, the three sisters found the Emanations. The Emanations offered the three sisters a chance for them to escape Mala Ged as well as achieve immortality. All they had to do was take the Emanations larvae into them as symbiotes and extinguish the Light. The Emanations posed the caveat that the sisters must never cease their natures, and they accepted this pact, becoming the first Reclaimers. Each sister accepted a symbiote of their own--Zova Irae took Aÿtra as her own.

defection & creating the wrathborne
"MY PURPOSE IS WAR, WHICH YOU SEEM TO CRAVE. MY LEGACY IS SCRIT IN ANNUNAKI BLOOD, AND WHEN YOU DRAW YOUR BLADE, YOU DRAW ME. YOU CANNOT BATTLE WITHOUT INVOKING MY BANNER, YOUNG SEEDLING. EMBRACE ME, LIGHTBEARER, AND BECOME LEGION!"
"I'll have to pass on your offer, Malamite hag."
-Analogued conversation between Zova and Goro Va'lai of the 10th Front, shortly after the events of the Carrion Ransack.
Zora Irae spoke out against the coup d'etat against her father, Atriox, a plot weaved together by Gadorah and Agdayne. When the two went through with their plans and conspired against Atriox, Zora Irae defected and created a warband set on annihilating the Seperatist Legion and freeing Atriox from his imprisonment. Since then, the Wrathborne have cut swathes across domains set in place by the Seperatist Legion, including the excursion of Carrion-5 to extract the Blight permutation and spread them among the Wrathborne (Carrion Ransack). This has set the Wrathborne at odds against the Seperatist Legion and 10th Front both, making it a nemesis of both big league organizations dominating the galaxy. During the excursion on Carrion-5, which was also under siege by the Seperatist Legion, Agdayne fought Goro Va'lai in a one on one battle. Zova Irae held her forces and watched the battle commence, finding it in her nature to let war conclude undisturbed. As the battle came to a close, Zova Irae attempted to persuade Goro Va'lai to share her Worm and consolidate the 10th Front with the forces of the Wrathborne, but she is not like her persuasive sister, and failed in her pursuit.
personality & traits
In spite of Zova Irae's royal status as youngest daughter of Atriox, she did not appreciate the luxurious lifestyle of her father. Instead, she embraced a warrior's lifestyle from an early age, which led to a riven in her relationship with Atriox. Zova is undeniably loyal and puts her love for her sisters above all, possibly to a fault as she blames the entire imprisonment of Atriox on Agdayne's deceitfulness. She loves only two things; her sister and bloodshed. She smiles at death and laughs at battle, unafraid to hide her glee as she mows down her enemies. Her snickering is like the cackling of fire amidst a conflict and her gigantic claymore has brought more than one tepid battle to a sudden close. On the battlefield, Zova is a 13 foot tall warlord, taller than all of her sisters, choosing to conquer planets and entire systems at the behest of the Wrathborne's benefits and solely for her own gain.
Outside of battle, she is quiet and sober, rarely speaking and never raising her tone in even the most pressing of disputes.
Of her sisters, she is the most gifted at warfare and has shown to be extremely clever in battle maneuvers, like choosing to launch the invasion on Carrion-5 by concealing the Wrathborne battalion within the pandemonium created by Agdayne's arrival in the Krennoid Wreck. In other systems that the Wrathborne have invaded, Zova Irae conducts her raids during violent thunderstorms to conceal her warships from visual detection, further demonstrating her tactical genius and mastery of warfare.

appearance
The true form of a tyrant, in her battle regalia, Zova Irae is a dark demon, tall and terrible and in that form she remained everafter receiving her Worm. She sits on a subterranean throne with her every step like a storm underground. issued in armor as black as a yawning void. She stands as tall as a tower, adorned in a bladed crown jeweled with frozen stars, wielding a terrible claymore that rends mighty pits in the earth wherever she swings. As long as there is war somewhere in the universe, Zova Irae cannot die. Before she became host to the Worm of Aÿtra, she was beautiful and fair of face with long, silky hair with eyes that could bring any admirer to a puddle. In gaining her worm, she has changed . . . but never lost the essence of her beauty, as when her helmet is lifted, all war ceases in audience of her elegance. She has gouged out her right eye and preserved it in an unknown location after swearing only to reclaim it after killing Agdayne and assuming leadership of the Legion. Her skin is like the silk of white rose petals, her one eye fierce and the color of a cold glacier, with scars of battle decorating her entire body from wars across the galaxy. On her forehead is the emblem of the Wrathborne, carved into her skin as a testament to her wrath.
-QUOTES:
MY HOME IS WAR. MY VOICE IS A BATTLE SONG. FOR AS LONG AS YOU HAVE WORSHIPPED WAR, YOU HAVE WORSHIPPED ME. I AM HERE TO CLAIM MY TRIBUTE. IT IS OVERDUE.
