There is a story, old as time, of he who could catch the stars. Unnamed and eternal, the star-catcher would lead the Cosmos, rising from the lowest station to the highest exalted peaks. It is a fairy tale allowed to persist by the four-armed to keep the docked hopeful, placated—even the low may one day ascend. Ôkeanos was the creator of planets and the stars that filled the empty canvas of the Universe --also known as the empty Void. Ôkeanos used these "Lights" as a way of terraforming planets. He harnessed Void Light to vanquish the fatal atmospheres such as those of Venus, Solar Light to warm up colder planets such as Mars to habitable levels, and Arc Light to generate magnetic fields around planets to protect from harmful solar rays. Ôkeanos' main usage revolves around a transformation ability known as Matrix. Ôkeanos' kit contains three forms that your Matrix is capable of changing its alignment to in a near instant, mimicking the frequencies of mapped energy types. The only weakness to switching your Matrix is that if it misaligns for any reason during its shift between outputs, the resulting feedback could destroy you from the inside out. This Matrix is a big part of Ôkeanos, as they offer three distinct power-ups to raise the stakes of a fight.

VOID-EATER
WHERE THE ATOMS, STARS, AND MATTER COLLAPSE INTO A SUPER NOVA, ALL THAT IS LEFT IS THE VOID. EMBRACE IT.
Channeling void light through your crux is what allows you to manipulate these elements of outer space, but casting it outward in raw form has a very specific ability. Void light, upon interacting with matter, induces an effect that is known as atomic cancellation, or deatomization. It completely nullifies the electric field that holds atoms together, causing objects and people to disintegrate into dust. You can shoot out shafts of pure void light and shatter things as though they were made of crystal, turning them into piles of glittering dust on the floor.
Edict of Pain: By focusing void light onto the edge of your skin and drawing an arc into the air, you can conjure a sickle-like wave of purple light into the air with great cutting power and launch them at your opponents. The sickle is enough to cut through space with general ease and you can create them in a rapid sequence. You can easily incorporate this technique into any of your movements and launch them from any of your limbs during close combat.
Proxima Midnight: Simply put, this ability allows you to project a black hole. Its angle of effect is quite simple, but this serves to concentrate its destructive power, creating a devastating projectile that can penetrate through anything before dissipating. This penetrating ability is the biggest appeal of the Proxima Midnight. Focus your void light in your crux, then direct the shape of the light using gravitational waves propagated by your power. This creates a gravitational abnormality, a rotating black hole trapped inside a repulsing force field so that it does not suck in outside light and matter, only things that interact with it. Because this force field is somewhat permeable, space-time fluctuations occur near the surface of the projectile that pulverize any nearby living matter. Anything that encounters the traveling black hole itself will be sucked into its event horizon, spaghettified, and molecularly erased.
Cosmic Dissonance: Extend your Light out through the universe and manipulate a fundamental law known as "quintessence," the energy type that permeates all of space. The universe is constantly expanding because of quintessence and can either be attractive or repulsive depending on how the user wishes to shape it. In a sense, quintessence is how much space there is at a given moment. If someone were to throw a dagger at you and you suddenly expanded the quintessence between you and your opponent, that knife would no longer have to travel the distance you and it, but travel the entire distance of the amount the universe has expanded in front of you. An opponent can be standing right in front of you before you manipulate the quintessence of the space between you and the opponent to be the distance of a foot-ball field. All your opponent would see is a glassy pane, and upon reaching a body limb through it, that limb would appear to "shrink," due to the effect currently at play. This is a form of space-time distortion. By shrinking the quintessence between you and an opponent, for example, you can contract the amount of "universal distance," between you two. Even if it seems like you an opponent are a number of yards away from one another, you could punch your fist forward and land a strike on their chin.

Epirus Bow: Those that wield this form get unrestrained access to the Epirus Bow and no longer have the drawbacks associated with its abilities. The Epirus Bow is made entirely of Void Light and doesn't require a quiver, as pulling back on the non-existent string on the bow causes it--and up to three other arrows to materialized, already knocked. This is one of the very few Isu Artifacts that actually tap into the Blind Eternities, twisting your Crux, changing it as you use the bow. You find the power to punch through and borrow something from the other side. They say that picking up the Epirus Bow is the easy part, but putting it down again is difficult as the power becomes addictive. The Blind Eternities open up, and you draw deeply from it in order to create these ebon-black, nocturnal arrows.
-Shadowshot--When an arrow is shot from the Epirus Bow, it will tether enemies (appearing as a rope of purple Void Light hugging their bodies which connects to the sphere) and blind them with an anchor of Blight Energy (appearing as a sphere), suppressing their ability to see, move, and cast abilities. This attack will generate orbs of energy for every enemy that is tethered, so when used correctly, this weapon can generate massive amounts of energy in return and help teammates around you. This ability is a one-use attack.
-Graviton Shot--Knock an arrow into the Epirus Bow and allow it to charge for a few moments, then fire it out into any surface. When it lands, it won't tether enemies, but the inescapable gravity of the universe drags your opponent into the sphere of Void Light. Once they reach the sphere, they will be stuck there until it deactivates.
-Voidtear--Knock an arrow into the Epirus Bow and watch as you siphon life energies out of the ambient life around you, charging up a burning black-indigo, singular arrow. You turn your Void Light into flame, without a single iota of heat energy involved. You hurl this arrow towards a target, unleashing a devastating explosion in a large area-of-effect attack. The very tip of the arrow splits a singular atom of whatever it strikes on impact, blooming an explosion. Just before the Voidtear hits, there is a rush of air and warmth--the destruction of Light and life in its path. This attack is capable of completely vaporizing a being.
-Dark Reconquista (UNIQUE TO ÔKEANOS+EPIRUS WIELDER)--Knock an arrow deeply into the Epirus Bow and stretch it back to its maximum elasticity, watching as a jagged barb of Void Light manifests itself against the arrow..... With an ear-splitting roar, the world around you abruptly transforms into a hurricane of black-and-red, hellish energy, towering upward to take the shape of Ôkeanos' skull. His skull lacks a bottom jaw, with two red eyes like burning coals, a spaded head and flowing, wispy white hair. It is made entirely of Void Light, and his upper jaw lifts upward like a helmet visor, revealing your position, aiming your Epirus Bow. It's go-time. Release the arrow, and with a double-flash of light, it consumes your opponent. It releases a subsonic roar as scalding-hot nuclear winds flatten entire forests, burning your opponent in an indigo-black bonfire.
--Dark Reconquista, Dance of the Intrepid--The head of Ôkeanos clambers and rises, the clicking sound of his eerie chuckling accompanying this action. From beneath his head rises his skeletal torso and his emanciated arms, which are levitating as opposed to being connected to his body. This arm has a massive replica of the Epirus Bow in hand, and he draws back on the string to summon an arrow. This arrow fires outward in a flash of light and catches the opponent. If they're durable enough to withstand this, they will arc upward into the air with the flight of the arrow and disappear into the clouds with a twinkle. The clouds will instantly darken and turn black, and then it will begin raining black-burning indigo arrows the size of skyscrapers. If your opponent survives this onslaught, the arrows will release their internal energy in the form of a howling black cyclone that reaches the clouds themselves.

STAR-EATER
Forge your Light into a raging inferno of Solar energy, and pull forth the Sun from the font. You burn with the intensity of stars, and no shadow is safe from your Light.
Align your matrix to the "Star-Eater" setting by folding your arms across your chest to assert an aggressive posture, your hair spiking upward in an updraft, your clothes incinerating underneath the blistering winds and uprising heats to reveal your new body. You're much more muscular and toned, made more of rock than flesh, that rock dripping with rivers of magma. Your fists are balled tightly as to become an incandescent yellow, shifting to orange and red spectra like the sun itself. The main attraction of this form is that it turns you into a moving tank, and it has one important feature to note: it will automatically kill anyone around you who is not in a higher-state of power (Sage Mode, Super Saiyan, etc). It's because of this form that you will possess the mass and gravity of the sun itself on a personal level. At its max potential, the magnetic field produced by your gravity is lethal out to a distance of 1000ft as a result of the magnetic field distorting the electron clouds of the subject's constituent atoms, rendering the chemistry of life entirely impossible. At a low intensity, you can make regeneration impossible for an opponent. At a slightly higher level, you can inhibit an opponent's mental processes, preventing things like telekinetic/illusionary abilities from affecting you. Due to your bodily gravity, space-time techniques which are capable of teleporting a target are useless against you, as it would be like attempting to move the sun itself from its respective position, a feat that would require so much energy that it would kill the user in question. At any given time, you can increase your personal "mass," at most to that of a neutron star. By increasing your personal mass to such a limit, you become nearly impenetrable because of your density, as neither energy nor matter can no longer pierce your body. It is so extreme that light bouncing off of you is curved to where you can only see half of your body at any given time, meaning that you could make yourself invisible from the front but not the back and vice-versa. Besides your sheer mass and density, you're able to emit a magnetic field by circulating and rotating your Light through your body at immense speed, creating a personal, but very powerful magnetic field via a solar dynamo. The magnetic fields you're capable of generating can also make vacuum bi-refringent, distorting and magnifying images, granting you magnetic lensing. By shaping his personally produced magnetic fields into extensions of your body, you can obliterate objects using them, physically shattering their atomic structure.

From your body, you're able to generate temperatures in upwards of twenty-seven million degrees Fahrenheit as well as untold amounts of pressure. At its maximum temperature, you're able to cancel and negate the functions of other techniques and matter. Like the sun itself, you're able to generate plasma from your body which emit no visible light. By channeling lightning through this plasma, which has infinite conductivity, you can boost your own electrical attacks to extraordinary standards. Combining plasma with the immense heat, pressure and magnetism which you generate, you can produce miniature solar prominences: bright, large gaseous features extending from your body in the shape of a loop. Upon causing these prominences to break off, you can generate a coronal mass ejection, a massive burst of plasma, electromagnetic radiation and a magnetic field. This can release a shock-wave composed of solar particles, which can create geomagnetic storms powerful enough to disrupt Arda's magnetic field via compressing it. When this occurs, auroras can be seen around Arda's poles. Your generation of geomagnetic storms allow you to change the direction of magnetic field lines and even allow you to change the polarity of yourself and others, allowing you to attract or repulse objects/people at will. By emitting solar winds at magnetically adapted opponents, you can blast away their magnetic fields, making it extremely difficult, if not impossible for them conjure magnetic fields, let alone manipulate anything related to magnetism.

Meditate. Focus. Draw the static from within. The Arc is inside all life. You must feel it take hold, let it flow through, but not consume you. You are a conduit. Between sky and earth. Electricity and matter. Life and death. You are a weapon. Set aside all your weapons and lose yourself in the blade trance. Arc Light galvanizes your armor and hastens your movements, and when your hands find a target, it discharges a snap of annihilating current. For as long as the trance lasts, you are the very shadow of death. Your movements represent lightning's top speed, which you can only maintain for so long. As with many lightning-based techniques, timing is everything. Because you're charged with Arc Light, you're able to strike down most foes with swift and unerring accuracy, tearing through your opposition, leaving only a trail of ashes as a memento of your savagery. The Storm-Eater form is a hit and run specialist. You can do a lot of damage in short bursts, but your fragility makes it sub-optimal to stay in range for long.
